a web site by telephone, we will usually visit you at your offices to
determine your objectives. These initial discussions are FOC and
without any obligation. Either at this meeting or shortly
afterwards we will be able to give you a fixed all inclusive quote -
you can then decide whether or not you wish to proceed. |

We will advise on what can be produced
within your budget, and advise how we can develop the site as funds

How long does it take to
produce? |

Typically it takes between 4 & 8 weeks
to produce the average sized site. Very large and complex sites
can take up to 6 months. The speed of development is often
governed by how quickly you provide the content for the site. |

pictures? |
| |
The client provides the actual site
content. We will always help with copywriting, but you know your
business best and your site is a reflection of your business. We
can provide generic images or will photograph any images that you may
need. |

developed, we are often asked to update old or ineffective sites.
We can start with what you've already got, or more usually start from
scratch and develop a totally new and effective web site for you. |

If we host your site on one of our
dedicated servers, you can have as many e-mail addresses as you need.
We can also auto-forward to your existing mail box. |

A web site is a 'live' medium and
unlike a printed brochure, can be changed at any time you need to do
so. We do not make any charge for minor updates.. The charge for
substantial changes can be found on our

What Search
Engines will my site be submitted to? |
| |
We will provide your site with the
meta-tag information that your site needs to help Search Engines
categorise it and we also perform basic Search Engine registration.
However, whilst it is feasible to only use free Search Engine
listings, a budget is sometimes needed for paid web promotion. |
